Touch-ups, trim & small rooms
Scuffed walls, a bathroom or bedroom, doors, baseboards, and trim. Clean lines and no mess left behind.
Doors & trim
Sticking, squeaking, loose
Doors that rub or won't latch, new knobs and deadbolts, hinges, door stops, baseboard and trim repair.
Fixture swaps
Out with the old, in with the new
Replace an existing light fixture, ceiling fan, faucet, showerhead, or toilet seat and flapper.
Mounting
TVs, shelves & mirrors
Mounted level and into studs. Also curtain rods, blinds, pictures, mirrors, coat hooks, and closet shelving.
Assembly
Furniture & more
Beds, dressers, desks, bookcases, grills, exercise equipment, and kids' playsets. I'll haul the boxes off too.
Carpentry
Small wood repairs
Loose stair rails, a few rotten deck boards, fence pickets, sagging gates, and cabinet doors that hang crooked.

Patch, paint, rekey, and fix the punch list between tenants or before a sale. Landlords and agents welcome.
Planning something bigger? Remodels, additions, roofing, and new electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work need a licensed contractor. I'll tell you honestly if your job is one of those, and I'm glad to point you to someone who does that work.

Can't wait until morning? Call me, day or night.
Regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. For problems that can't wait, call any time: a door that won't lock after a break-in, a broken window that needs boarding up, or a leak that needs stopping until the plumber gets there.
Emergency calls aren't free quotes. An emergency service call fee applies, and I'll tell you the amount on the phone before I head out.
